Every service, every extra.
Starting prices cover up to 2,000 sq ft of conditioned space. Bigger homes add a per sq ft rate, charged once for the whole house. Every package includes 1 revision.

These are starting prices. Your final price is in the estimate, after we review your plans. Delivery times count in business days from complete plans and an accepted estimate. Manual S and Manual D are never sold alone; both need a Manual J, which we do as part of the package.
Partner program: 12% off for contractors and builders with at least 5 projects per month, and the BOM at no cost for HVAC contractors.
Pricing questions
How the price adds up.
Why is the calculator price an estimate?
It uses the size and options you enter. Once we see the plans, the number of systems or missing information can change the scope, and the final price goes in your estimate before any work starts.
How is a house with two or three systems priced?
The area is charged once for the whole house, and each additional system adds $150. A 5,000 sq ft house with two systems on the HVAC Design Package starts at $785.
What does rush delivery add?
Rush delivery in 24 to 48 hours adds 30% to the whole price, extras included.
We build the same plan on several lots. Is there a discount?
Yes. Every lot after the first one with the same plan gets 40% off the design. Each lot is still checked for its orientation. It doesn't stack with the partner discount.
How do I pay?
We invoice when we deliver, due in 15 days, by Zelle, bank transfer or check. No deposit.
