Who we are

AG3 Home & Commercial Services LLC is a family-run HVAC design firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. We prepare Manual J, D and S designs for builders, contractors, architects and homeowners across the US. When this page says "we" or "us", it means AG3.

What we collect

When you request a quote

The quote form asks for your name, email, phone, company or point of contact, the project address, the services you need, the square footage and number of systems, and any notes or technical details you add. You can upload plans (PDF, images or ZIP files) or send a link to them. Files go straight to our Google Drive.

When you send a message

The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number and your message.

When you email or call us

We keep the emails you send us and notes about our calls, so we know where your project stands.

When you pay

Our estimates and invoices include your name, company, contact details, project address, services and amounts. If you pay online, Stripe processes the payment on its own secure page. We receive the payment confirmation, amount and method type, but not your full card or bank account number. If you pay by Zelle, wire transfer or check, we record the payment and its reference.

Business contact information

We send introductory emails to businesses we think could use our services, like home builders, HVAC contractors and architects. We find them through public business listings (such as Google Maps), business email directories (such as Hunter.io) and job site signs we see in the field. We keep the business name, website, business email and phone, and the person's name and role when they're public. Every one of these emails includes a way to opt out, and we stop writing when you ask.

When you visit the site

We use two analytics tools to see which pages people visit and how they find us:

• Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location and how you reached the site.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes basic technical data like IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To prepare your estimate, do the design work and deliver it.
• To answer your questions and keep you updated on your project.
• To send invoices, take payments and keep accounting and tax records.
• To contact businesses about our services, as described above.
• To understand how the site is used and make it work better.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

We use your plans only to work on your project.

Who helps us handle it

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We use these service providers, and they handle data for us under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Google (Gmail, Drive, Sheets and Apps Script): our email, file storage and the customer records system we run on them. Also Google Analytics, and Google business listings to look up company details.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and runs the online payment links.
• Stripe: processes online card and bank payments.
• Anthropic: its AI model, Claude, runs inside our records system. It helps us sort incoming requests and emails and write first drafts of our messages.
• Telegram: sends our team internal alerts, for example that a new quote request arrived, with the basic details of the request.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Social media

We have pages on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. We use their tools to publish our own posts. When you follow us, comment or message us there, that platform's own privacy policy applies to what you share. The links in our footer just open those sites: this site doesn't load their trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep project files, emails, estimates and invoices for as long as we need them for the project, our accounting and taxes, and any legal obligations. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of each analytics tool. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll delete what we're not required to keep.

Your choices

• Stop our emails: use the opt-out line in any of our introductory emails, or write to [email protected].
• See, correct or delete your information: email us and we'll reply within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm it's you first.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without them.

Security

We keep our accounts protected and limit access to the people who work on your project. No system is completely secure, so please don't send us passwords or full card or bank numbers by email.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults planning a building project. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
